Abstract

The invention discloses a land-off method based on switching auxiliary micro base station in high / low frequency cooperative networking. Based on a high / low frequency cooperative networking system model, a switching auxiliary micro base station is introduced into a micro honeycomb overlapping region of two macro base stations, so when a user terminal is switched from a connected micro base stationto another macro base station, the user terminal is also kept to be connected with the switching auxiliary micro base station. Thus, a user signal measurement and reporting process is improved; signaling processes during land-off are optimized; and land-off success rate between macro honeycombs is improved. The high / low frequency cooperative networking is regarded to be one of key technologies forimproving capacity of the fifth generation of the mobile communication system. Along with application of millimeter waves and densification of the base station, the frequency and the complexity of the land-off are continuously improved, so the whole communication network will be faced with severe mobile management problems.
