Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) The cutting method has a low survival rate;
[0005] (2) A large amount of cuttings is required
[0006] The difficulty and significance of solving the above technical problems: The cuttings of the traditional cutting method are generally 2-3 nodes, with a certain length, and are easy to lose water and wither, resulting in the death of young branch cuttings and hard branch cuttings

Embodiment 1

[0029] In 2014, a trial of cuttings of Jatropha japonica buds and leaves was carried out in Hehua Village, Shaxi Township, Lichuan City, Hubei Province.

[0030] 1. Leaf cuttings selection period

[0031] On June 28, 2014, semi-lignified branches were selected as the mother branches for bud leaf cuttings during the vigorous growth period of Jatropha.

[0032] 2. Peel off bud leaf cuttings

[0033] In time, on the mother branch of semi-lignified branches with buds and leaves inserted, select the full buds in the middle and upper parts, cut each node 0.1 cm above the buds, cut off the 2-3 cm long shield-row buds with a little xylem, and bring a leaf . In order to reduce water evaporation, half of the leaves are cut off. On the one hand, photosynthesis can be carried out, and on the other hand, water evaporation can be reduced.

[0034] 3. Cuttings

[0035] On June 28, 2014, cuttages with one bud and one leaf were inserted into the cutting substrate with a volume ratio of pea...

Embodiment 2

[0037] In 2015, a trial of Jatropha bud leaf cuttings was carried out in Aishan Village, Xuan'en County, Hubei Province.

[0038] 1. Leaf cuttings selection period

[0039] On July 2, 2015, semi-lignified branches were selected as the mother branches for bud leaf cuttings during the vigorous growth period of Jatropha.

[0040] 2. Peel off bud leaf cuttings

[0041] In time, on the mother branch of semi-lignified branches with buds and leaves inserted, select the full buds in the middle and upper parts, cut each node 0.1 cm above the buds, cut off the 2-3 cm long shield-row buds with a little xylem, and bring a leaf . In order to reduce water evaporation, half of the leaves are cut off. On the one hand, photosynthesis can be carried out, and on the other hand, water evaporation can be reduced.

Embodiment 3

[0045] In 2016, a trial of cuttings of Jatropha japonica buds and leaves was carried out in Guankou Village, Jianshi County, Hubei Province.

[0046] 1. Leaf cuttings selection period

[0047] On July 5, 2016, semi-lignified branches were selected as the mother branches for bud leaf cuttings during the vigorous growth period of Jatropha.

[0048] 2. Peel off bud leaf cuttings

[0049] In time, on the mother branch of semi-lignified branches with buds and leaves inserted, select the full buds in the middle and upper parts, cut each node 0.1 cm above the buds, cut off the 2-3 cm long shield-row buds with a little xylem, and bring a leaf . In order to reduce water evaporation, half of the leaves are cut off. On the one hand, photosynthesis can be carried out, and on the other hand, water evaporation can be reduced.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of planting of Idesia polycarpa, and discloses a method for improving the cutting survival rate of Idesia polycarpa. The method comprises the steps: adopting a semi-lignified branch of Idesia polycarpa, taking plump buds on the middle-upper part of the branch, adopting a bud-leaf cutting with one bud and one leaf, and performing cuttage on the bud-leafcutting in the vigorous and active period of growth of Idesia polycarpa. According to the method, the semi-lignified branch of Idesia polycarpa is adopted, the plump buds on the middle-upper part of the branch are taken, and the bud-leaf cutting with one bud and one leaf is adopted, so that the evaporation area of moisture is reduced, and good retention of moisture of the bud-leaf cutting is ensured; cuttage is performed on the bud-leaf cutting in the vigorous and active period of growth of Idesia polycarpa, so that the cutting survival rate is improved significantly; and the bud-leaf cuttingadopts one-bud one-leaf cuttage, the source of cuttings is abundant, and the reproductive coefficient is high. The cutting survival rate of Idesia polycarpa can be increased to 95% or above through the bud-leaf cutting of Idesia polycarpa.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of jacaranda planting, and in particular relates to a method for improving the survival rate of jacaranda cuttings. Background technique [0002] At present, the commonly used prior art in the industry is as follows: the cuttings of Jatropha japonica are mainly soft branch cuttings in the growth period and hard branch cuttings in the dormant period. Young branch cuttings in the growth period are cuttings with leaves when the branches are semi-lignified in the growth period. Dormant period hardwood cuttings refer to cuttings performed after the branches are fully lignified during the dormant period. The survival rate of these two cutting methods is generally only 50%-60%, and a large amount of cuttings is required. The reason is that the cuttings are generally 2-3 knots and have a certain length, so they are easy to lose water and wither, resulting in the death of young branch cuttings and hard branch cutti...
