The flexible collecting system comprises a transport device for conveying the lotus rhizome from front to back, wherein left and right sides of the rear end of the transport device are respectively provided with fixing columns; a fixing frame disposed at the rear end of the transport device in a sleeving manner; a collecting bag, wherein a mouth of the collecting bag is covered on the fixing frame and used for receiving the lotus rhizome on the transport device, and the collecting bag is providedwith a plurality of leak holes for screening the lotus rhizome; at least two retaining rings respectively fixed at front and back sides of the fixing frame, wherein each fixing column is movably sleeved with at least one retaining ring. The collecting bag is provided with the leak holes to screen the lotus rhizome, thereby increasing purity of the collected lotus rhizome and improving harvestingefficiency.
