Problems solved by technology

In recent years, domestic and foreign studies on the risk factors of diabetes and its complications have accumulated a large amount of data. However, due to the influence of factors such as small sample size and inconsistent standards, the quality and conclusions of various studies are quite different.

Embodiment 1

[0041] A kind of type II diabetes risk assessment model based on evidence-based medical evidence, its construction method comprises the following steps:

[0042] Step 1, identify risk factors for type 2 diabetes and its complications;

[0043] Meta-analysis literatures on risk factors of diabetes and its complications (diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot) were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database and Pubmed from the database establishment to the retrieval date. Chinese search terms include: diabetes, risk factors, related factors, influencing factors, and pathogenic factors; English search terms include: diabetes, risk, association, meta, review, if there are more than two meta-analysis literatures that study the relationship between the same risk factor and diabetes , the literature with the latest publication date is selected. The risk factors of type 2 diabetes and its complications involved in the literature were extr...

Embodiment 2

[0088] Apply the type II diabetes risk assessment model of the present invention to assess the risk of type II diabetes on a 37-year-old female.

[0089] A female, 37 years old, without hypertension, without family history of diabetes, without impaired fasting glucose, without dyslipidemia, does not participate in physical exercise, overweight (BMI≥24), waist circumference ≥80cm. According to the above situation, look up Table 6 to get the risk scores corresponding to each factor, which are: 0.877803, 0.9242, 0.950272, 0.847613, 1.0081, 1.636017, 1.8187.

[0090] Calculate the combined hazard score using formula (2):

[0091] =0.877803*0.9242*0.950272*0.847613+(1.0081-1)+(1.636017-1)+(1.8187-1)=2.11626.

[0092] According to the situation of this woman, not participating in physical exercise, overweight, and waist circumference ≥ 80cm are all variable behavioral factors. If these factors are controlled and reach normal levels, the risk scores of the corresponding items can be...

Abstract

The invention provides a type-II diabetes risk assessment model based on evidence of evidence-based medicine. The model is built through the following steps: firstly, identifying risk factors of type-II diabetes and complications thereof; secondly, acquiring the risk degree, namely OR value, of the merging effect size of the risk factors of type-II diabetes and complications thereof; thirdly, building a type-II diabetes risk assessment model based on evidence of evidence-based medicine; fourthly, calculating the standard incidence proportions of the risk factors of type-II diabetes and complications thereof; fifthly, calculating the risk scores of the risk factors of type-II diabetes and complications; sixthly, calculating the combined risk score of the risk factors of type-II diabetes andcomplications. The model provides the effect of each risk factor on the incidence of diseases and enables the degree of contribution of changeable factors and non-changeable factors to disease incidence to be identified, thereby being of importance for improving the accuracy of risk category screening and reducing the incidence rate of diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of diabetes risk assessment, in particular to a type II diabetes risk assessment model based on evidence-based medical evidence. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of the aging process and the change of lifestyle, the prevalence of diabetes in my country is showing a rapid upward trend. In 2013, the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association announced the results of a diabetes epidemiological survey in my country, showing that the prevalence of diabetes in adults aged 30 and over was as high as 11.6%, of which more than 90.0% were type II diabetes. Improper control of type II diabetes can easily lead to various complications and bring heavy physical, psychological and economic burdens to patients. The risk of developing type 2 diabetes mainly depends on the number and degree of risk factors. Some risk factors cannot be changed, such as age, family genetic history or genetic predisposition, ra...
