Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of a concrete performance testing system, and discloses a testing method for salt frost resistance of concrete. The testing method comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials; selecting a concrete cube testing piece of which the size is 100mm*100mm*100mm; testing the compression strength values of the concrete cube testing pieces after a freezing and thawing cycle under a natural condition, a water environment, a chlorine salt solution environment and a sulfate solution environment, and carrying freezing and thawing cycle testing according to a 'quick freezing method' of an anti-freezing test in Standard for Test Methods of Long-Term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete GB/T50082-2009; taking a test sample, and carrying out SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) analysis. According to the testing method disclosed by the invention, factor level is determined according to related specifications of concrete by taking a water cement ratio, the cement content and fineness modulus as factors, the influence of the three factors on the durability of the concrete can be analyzed through an orthogonal test, and primary research on the failure mechanism of ordinary concrete through the SEM analysis.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of concrete performance test systems, and in particular relates to a test method for the salt-freeze resistance performance of concrete. Background technique [0002] Concrete salt freeze damage refers to the erosion damage of concrete surface caused by salt under the condition of freeze-thaw cycle. The damage to concrete caused by salt freezing is more severe than general freezing and thawing, so it has also attracted many scholars to do a lot of research on it. At present, relevant scholars at home and abroad have discussed the anti-salt freezing performance of concrete from the aspects of water-cement ratio, air-entraining agent, mineral admixture and load effect, and obtained many research results. [0003] To sum up, the problems existing in the existing technology are: relevant scholars at home and abroad have discussed the anti-salt freezing performance of concrete from the aspects of water-binder ratio, air-e...
