The method comprises steps of: receiving and storing evaluation information of a user terminal through a blockchain node, wherein the evaluation information is information conforming to the sufficiency criterion; receivingand storing the thumb-up attribute of the evaluation information by the blockchain node, wherein the thumb-up attribute is created by the blockchain node for the evaluation information and describesthe attribute of recognition degree of the evaluation information with the initial value being zero; receiving thumb-up information through the blockchain node, and adding one to the thumb-up attribute of the evaluation information corresponding to the thumb-up information.
