A circular-truncated-cone-shaped annular side plate is arranged at the side edge of the lower end face of a filter stop mesh plate. A rotating grinding mesh plate is arranged at the inner side of the circular-truncated-cone-shaped annular side plate. A rotating vertical shaft is arranged on the lower end face of the rotating grinding mesh plate, wherein the rotating vertical shaft vertically penetrates the bottom wall of the sealed crushing box body.
