Abstract

The method includes the following concrete steps: firstly, splicing and pre-processing maneuvering flight actually measured load spectrums of all sections of an engine; secondly, providing a concept of typical mission segments for the spliced maneuvering flight load spectrum, and dividing themaneuvering flight load spectrum into five types of the typical mission segments according to division principles; thirdly, establishing mathematical models and description methods for the typical mission segments; and finally, quantitatively compiling the aeroengine comprehensive mission spectrum by taking the typical mission segments as compiling units considering the principle that the comprehensive mission spectrum is consistent with low cycle fatigue damage, creep damage and thermal shock damage caused by the actually measured spectrums. According to the method, the comprehensive missionspectrum is compiled by taking the typical mission segments as the compiling units, and so the quantification of the compilation process is achieved.
