Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine extract for enhancing immunity. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (a) selecting basil herb, and heating in water, so as to form a first mixture; (b) filtering the first mixture, obtaining a filtrate, centrifuging, obtaining a supernatant, and forming a second mixture; (c) settling the second mixture in ethyl alcohol, centrifuging, removing the supernatant, and obtaining a primary basil extract; (d) degreasing and purifying the obtained primary basil herb extract, so as to obtain a secondary basil herb extract; (e) removing the protein in the secondary basil herb extract, so as to obtain a crude basil herb extract. The traditional Chinese medicine prepared by the method is used for improvingthe phagocytic ability of mouse peritoneal macrophage, so as to further enhance the immunity of the mouse.
