The food reserve planning method comprises the following steps: obtaining food-related data of each region; setting a first constraint condition and a second constraint condition satisfying the local grain reserve demand of each region for grain off-site storage in different places according to the grain-related data; establishing a linear programming model for calculating the minimum cost of the local grain reserve and the off-site grain storage in each region based on the first constraint condition and the second constraint condition; according to the calculation results of the linear programming model, the local grain reserve amount, the grain off-site reserve area and the grain reserve amount in different places of each area are determined. The scheme of the invention can more comprehensively reflect the situation differenceof the fluctuation of the grain price in each region, and provides the corresponding grain reserve strategy to optimize the distribution of the grain reserve in each region, and realize the purpose ofstabilizing the large fluctuation of the grain price.
