The license plate identification camera, the pressure sensors, the infrared sensors, the timing device and the information recording module are all in communicational connection with the central processor. The central processor is in communicational connection with a fixed storage and a temporary storage. The control processor is connected with an electric fence gate mounted at the entrance of the community, smart parking space locks mounted in the parking spaces of the community and a sound light alarm mounted in the guard room of the community in a controlling manner. The electric fence gate is in communicational connection with a remotecontroller.
