Problems solved by technology

[0007] The outer diameter of the 22G puncture needle is about 0.7mm. In order to make a smooth transition with the 4F catheter sheath and dilator, and pass through it smoothly, a guide wire of 0.018 inches (0.46mm) must be selected, so the 22G puncture needle must be ultra-thin-walled The inner diameter is about 0.52mm, including the processing error of about 0.02mm, it is likely to cause difficulty in passing the guide wire
[0008] The inner diameter of the dilator matched with the 4F catheter sheath is about 0.65mm. In order for the dilator to enter the blood vessel smoothly, the outer diameter of the tip must be less than 0.7mm. It is impractical, not only cannot be processed, but even if it can be processed, it is very easy to deform and rupture during use, causing serious adverse events such as hematoma and thrombus
[0009] The above-mentioned patents pursue minimally invasiveness too much, which reduces the practicability and realizability of other components. On the whole, it is more advantageous to choose a puncture needle of 21G

Embodiment 1

[0072] The vascular sheath set in the present invention includes a puncture needle 1 , a catheter sheath 9 , a dilator 5 and a guide wire 12 .

[0073] Such as figure 1 shown, combined with figure 2 , 3 As shown, the puncture needle 1 includes a fixedly connected needle base 2 and a needle tube 4, the needle base 2 is provided with a seat cavity, the seat cavity is a 6% standard internal luer connector, and the seat cavity and the needle tube 4 connected. The needle base 2 is injection-molded with medical grade ABS or Q glue. There are several bosses 2-1 on the needle base 2 to facilitate finger gripping. The head end of the needle base 2 has stepped bosses 2-2. The stepped bosses 2-2 is used for fixedly connecting the needle tube 4, which is convenient for fixing the needle tube protective cover. The needle tube 4 is made of 304 stainless steel, with an outer diameter of 0.82±0.02mm, a wall thickness of 0.1-0.2mm, and an effective length of 30-80mm, preferably in two siz...

Embodiment 2

[0102] Such as Figure 23 As shown, the vascular sheath set in the present invention includes the puncture needle a and the catheter sheath b, and the size of the needle tube and the catheter sheath is the same as that described in the first embodiment.

[0103] Such as Figure 25 As shown, the puncture needle a includes a needle base and a needle tube that are fixedly connected, and a seat cavity is provided in the needle base, and the seat cavity communicates with the needle tube, and an external Luer connector is provided on the needle base, so The needle tube passes through the outer luer connector.

[0104] Such as Figure 27 As shown, the catheter sheath b includes a sheath base, the tail end of the sheath base is provided with external threads, the head end of the sheath base is fixedly connected with a sheath tube, and a sheath tube is provided in the sheath base communicated with the sheath tube. The catheter sheath seat cavity, the catheter sheath seat cavity is a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a vascular sheath assembly and a method for establishing a vascular intervention pathway in a minimally invasive manner by use of the same. The vascular sheath assembly comprises a puncture needle, a catheter sheath, a dilator and guide wires. The method for establishing the vascular intervention pathway in the minimally invasive manner by use of the vascular sheath assembly comprises steps as follows: the puncture needle is inserted into a blood vessel through percutaneous puncture; one guide wire is imbedded in the blood vessel along the inner wall of the puncture needle; the puncture needle is taken out, and the guide wire is left in the blood vessel; the catheter sheath and the dilator are imbedded in the blood vessel along the guide wire; the dilator and the guide wire are taken out, and the catheter sheath is left in the blood vessel; the other guide wire is imbedded in the blood vessel along the catheter sheath; the catheter sheath is taken out, and the other guide wire is left in the blood vessel; the vascular intervention pathway is established. The invention aims to provide the vascular sheath assembly and the method for establishing the vascular intervention pathway in the minimally invasive manner by use of the same. The vascular sheath assembly and the method are used for peripheral vessel intervention operation to assist in guide of the guide wires with the maximum diameter of 0.97 mm, and a safe and effective channel is provided for imbedding of the catheter into a human body.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to a vascular sheath set and a method for microcreating and establishing a vascular interventional access by using the vascular sheath set. Background technique [0002] With the development of interventional technology, the demand for minimally invasive vascular sheaths in interventional diagnosis and treatment operations is becoming increasingly urgent. Interventional diagnosis and treatment technology is an operation technology that uses puncture needles, guide wires, catheter sheaths, dilators and other instruments to conduct diagnosis and treatment through blood vessels under the guidance of medical imaging equipment. Until now, such minimally invasive vascular sheaths were usually inserted by the Seldinger technique. The Seldinger technique uses a thinner puncture needle to percutaneously insert the guide wire, pull out the puncture needle, incise the surrounding skin, expand t...
