Embodiment 1

[0025] a. Add 70 mg / mL zinc nitrate hexahydrate aqueous solution (200 μL) to gold nanocluster aqueous solution (2.4 mg / mL, 3 mL), and adjust the pH of the solution to 5.0 with hydrochloric acid. After the obtained product was centrifuged, it was dispersed in 1.0 mL of methanol, and mixed with a methanol solution of zinc nitrate hexahydrate (25 mM, 7.5 mL) and a methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole (25 mM, 7.5 mL), and left to stand at room temperature. Leave to react for 15 hours.

[0026] b. The precipitate was collected by centrifugation, washed with methanol and then vacuum-dried overnight to obtain a composite structure material of gold nanoclusters and metal-organic framework ZIF-8 material.

Embodiment 2

[0028] a. Add zinc nitrate hexahydrate aqueous solution (7 mg / mL, 10 μ L) to silver nanocluster aqueous solution (40.5 mg / mL, 200 μ L), after centrifugal washing, the product obtained is dispersed in 1.0 mL methanol, and with zinc nitrate hexahydrate Methanol solution (25mM, 7.5mL) and 2-methylimidazole methanol solution (25mM, 7.5mL) were mixed uniformly, and allowed to stand at room temperature for 12 hours.

[0029] b. The precipitate was collected by centrifugation, washed with methanol and then vacuum-dried overnight to obtain a composite structure material of silver nanoclusters and metal-organic framework material ZIF-8.

Embodiment 3

[0031] a. Add 80 μL of an aqueous solution of cobalt nitrate hexahydrate (68.8 mg / mL) to an aqueous solution of gold nanoclusters (40.5 mg / mL, 1 mL), and adjust the pH of the solution to 5.0. After centrifugal washing, disperse in 1.0mL methanol, mix with methanol solution of cobalt nitrate hexahydrate (25mM, 7.5mL) and methanol solution of 2-methylimidazole (400mM, 7.5mL), and let it stand in an ice-water bath React for 10 minutes.

[0032] b. The precipitate was collected by centrifugation, washed with methanol and then vacuum-dried overnight to obtain a composite material of gold nanoclusters and metal-organic framework material ZIF-67.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for embedding a metal nanocluster into a metal organic framework material in a crystal-forming ion induced growth mode. The metal organic framework material ZIF-8 or ZIF-67 successfully wraps the gold or silver nanocluster by mainly adopting the method, the aqueous-phase synthesis metal nanocluster is transferred into a methanol solution by taking metal ions forming the metal organic framework material as a precipitator, and then the metal organic framework material is grown outside. The method is further successfully extended to other metal nanocluster and metal organic framework material systems.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nanomaterial preparation, and in particular relates to a method for embedding metal nanoclusters into metal-organic framework materials by inducing crystal-forming ions to grow. The method can be applied to various metal nanoclusters and metal-organic framework material systems. Background technique [0002] Embedding metal nanoparticles or metal clusters into metal-organic frameworks (MOFs, usually prepared in methanol or ethanol) materials has long been considered to broaden their applications in fields such as energy catalysis and biochemical analysis. After the metal nanoparticles are coated with surfactants, they are better dispersed in methanol, and are relatively easy to be coated in the metal-organic framework structure. However, metal nanoclusters are very easy to agglomerate in the polar growth solution of metal organic framework materials, and the embedding of metal nanoclusters in metal organi...
