According to delivery problems, a mathematic model formulti-constraint delivery vehicle dispatching is established; in order to improve the delivery efficiency, the self-adaptive genetic algorithm is put forward; optimization target functions are established by comprehensively considering delivery cost and delivery time; and by utilizing the self-adaptive genetic algorithm, the delivery paths and delivery manners are optimized.
