The manually-operated ultraviolet disinfecting lamp comprises a base, a left end cover, a right end cover, an outer cover, aninner cover, lamp holders, lamp tubes and a knob, wherein the left end cover is arranged at the left end of the base; the right end cover is arranged at the right end of the base; one end of the outer cover is connected with the left end cover, and the other end of the outer cover is connected with the right end cover; one end of the inner cover is rotationally connected with the left end cover,and the other end of the inner cover is rotationally connected with the right end cover; the inner cover is sleeved by the outer cover; the lamp holders are arranged at the two ends of the inner cover; the two ends of the lamp tubes are connected with the lamp holders respectively; and the knob is connected with the inner cover through a gear set.
