The main steam flow going into the heat supply network heat exchanger is adjusted through a main steaminjection system high-pressure steam regulation valve and a main steam injection system bypass regulation valve which communicate with an inlet of the main steam injection system, and meanwhile, thereheat steam flow going into the heat supply network heat exchanger is adjusted, so that the ratio of the main steam flow going into the heat supply network heat exchanger to the reheat steam flow going into the heat supply network heat exchanger is equal to the ratio of the main steam flow going into the steam turbine high-pressure cylinder from the boiler to the reheat steam flow going into thesteam turbine medium and low-pressure cylinder.
