Problems solved by technology

However, this simple data fitting does not fully consider the differences in depositional environment, lithology, diagenetic materials, diagenesis, and tectonic processes between different strata, but only considers the differences in depositional environment, lithology, diagenetic materials, and diagenesis. Due to the comprehensive results, this reservoir prediction method has great limitations and is not suitable for carbonate reservoir prediction with strong heterogeneity

Abstract

The invention discloses a quantitative prediction method for diagenetic simulated porosity of a carbonate reservoir. Based on the research on carbonate reservoir sedimentary facies, diagenetic materials, sedimentary cycle, diagenesis and strata thickness, the method establishes a geological parameter-diagenesis-porosity prediction model so as to laterally predicts the porosity of carbonate reservoir, determine the pore spatial distribution of the carbonate reservoir, and provide a basis for reservoir evaluation. The method fully considers the triggering mechanism of the heterogeneity of the carbonate reservoir, and can have a good predictive effect for the quantitative evaluation of the carbonate reservoir.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas exploration and development, in particular to a quantitative prediction method for diagenetic simulation porosity of carbonate reservoirs. Background technique [0002] Carbonate reservoirs occupy a considerable proportion in the world oil and gas pattern. From a global perspective, carbonate reservoirs account for 20% of sedimentary rocks and more than 50% of proven oil and gas reserves. In my country, with the deepening of oil and gas exploration in marine carbonate reservoirs in recent years, several large and medium-sized oil and gas fields have been discovered in the Bohai Bay, Tarim, Ordos, and Sichuan Basins, demonstrating the importance of carbonate reservoirs. Great potential for exploration. Carbonate reservoirs have been deposited for a long time, have experienced multiple tectonic movements, suffered from strong weathering, denudation and leaching, and have strong formation hetero...
