Abstract

The vibration sensor is used for collecting a vibration signal of the cigarette maker group at a preset position under the control of the controller in a preset mode. The vibration feature extractor is used for extracting a vibration characteristic quantity ofthe vibration signal under the control of the controller in the preset mode. The fault analysis end is used for obtaining a corresponding cigarette maker state through analysis according to the vibration characteristic quantity. Compared with the prior art that an original vibration signal needs to be transmitted to a fault analysis end, the system can reduce the information transmission quantityof a communication line. The invention provides a method for monitoring the vibration of the cigarette maker group, and the method is used for the above system.
