Abstract

The invention discloses a cutting rapid-propagation method for dendrobenthamia plants. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a seedbed for cutting; (2) selecting cutting branches andcutting the cutting branches to obtain cuttings: selecting current-year cutting branches grown in the period of semi lignification to lignifications, wherein each cutting branch has a stem thicknessof 0.2-0.4 cm, cutting each cutting branches to obtain the cuttings, wherein the length of each cutting is 4-6 cm, wherein the upper end of each cutting is cut flatly and the lower end is cut into aninclined surface shape, reserving 2-4 opposite whole leaves on each cutting, enabling the distance of each leaf root part from a cut of the upper end of one corresponding cutting to be 1-2 cm, and enabling the distance of each leaf root part from a cut of the lower end of one corresponding cutting to be 2-3 cm; (3) performing wrapping on the cuttings: performing sterilization and disinfection on the cut cuttings, soaking the base parts of the cuttings by using a root growth promoting agent, taking the cuttings out, and wrapping the base parts of the cuttings by using a root growth promoting pasty substance; (4) performing cutting: inserting the cuttings into a substrate, and covering the seedbed with a film; and (5) performing management after cutting is performed.
