Problems solved by technology

However, according to the researched data, it is known that the calculation of the clamping stiffness of the leaf spring with non-equal thickness and few parabolic cross-sections is complicated due to the reinforcement at the end, and it is affected by the free tangent arc height of each leaf spring and the height of each leaf spring after assembly and clamping. The relationship between spring structure parameters, clamping stiffness, and initial tangent arc height, and the constraints on the calculation of initial tangent arc height influence, has not given the simulation experiment of the initial tangent arc height of the end-strengthened root non-equal thickness and variable cross-section leaf spring. algorithm

Abstract

The invention relates to a simulation calculation method for initial tangent arc heights of taper leaf springs with reinforced ends and unequally-thick roots, and belongs to the technical field of fewtaper leaf springs of a suspension. Through the adoption of the method, according to the number of the leaf springs, elasticity modulus, thicknesses of root and end gaskets, structural parameters ofeach leaf spring and a design value of height of each free tangent arc, simulation calculation can be performed on the initial tangent arc height of each leaf spring after assembly and clamping of thefew parabolic taper leaf springs with the reinforced ends and the unequally-thick roots. Prototype testing proves that the simulation calculation method for the initial tangent arc heights of the taper leaf springs with the reinforced ends and the unequally-thick roots is correct, and a reliable technical method is provided for simulation calculation of the initial tangent arc height of the firstleaf spring after assembly and clamping. By means of the method, the initial tangent arc height of the first leaf spring after assembly and clamping can meet the design requirement, design level andreliability of the product as well as vehicle traveling safety are improved, and service life of the product is prolonged; meanwhile, design and testing expenses of the product are reduced, and the product development rate is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a small-piece variable-section leaf spring for a vehicle suspension, especially a simulation algorithm for an initial tangent arc height of a non-uniform-thickness variable-section leaf spring at an end-reinforced root. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of energy saving and lightweight of automobiles, leaf springs with small variable cross-sections are increasingly popular in vehicle suspension due to their advantages of light weight, high material utilization, no or small friction between sheets, low vibration and noise, and long service life. Experts, manufacturers and vehicle manufacturers have paid close attention to it, and it has been widely used in vehicle suspension systems. Among them, in order to meet the complex force requirements of the first leaf spring, the thickness of the straight section at the root of the first leaf spring is greater than that of other leaf springs. The thickness of the ...
