According to the method, the PCE and the SDN network provided by the invention, on the basis of overall optimized path computing, the bandwidth of the link passing through the node is reserved in advance, the frequent repeated computation of the PCE caused by the variation of the subsequent flow is reduced,and the SDN controller performance is enhanced; expansion is performed based on the existing PCEP protocol, so as to be easy to implement; concentrated flow scheduling under the complex network environment can be achieved, and the flow scheduling and optimized capacity of the operator in the network can be enhanced.
