Through the arrangement of the clamping plates at the bottom of the machine case shell, the hollow base is arranged below the machine case shell, a hollow casing pipe, a threaded rod, a fixed column and a plug pin are installed in the hollow base, during use, by manually operating an operation block, the threaded rod rotates in the hollow casing pipe in a threaded mode, so thatthe fixed column synchronously moves leftwards or moves rightwards along with the threaded rod, thus the plug pin on the fixed column is driven to be inserted into a pin hole in the clamping plate, and the effect of fixing the machine case shell is achieved.
