Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical biology, and particularly relates to application of amlodipine and cephalosporin medicines to preparation of medicine-resistant combined antibiotics. After computational biology indicates that amlodipine has an inhibitory effect on beta-lactam hydrolase, medicine testing is performed by using MRSA and acinetobacter bauamnnii as models, and through combination with cephalosporin antibiotics, a relatively good bacteriostatic effect on the MRSA is achieved; novel application is provided for the amlodipine, and a novel medicinal composition is provided for positive medicine-resistant bacteria; other more effective combinations containing the amlodipine can be further developed; the conventional cephalosporin and amlodipine combinations are mature in technology, few in side effects and low in cost; and the amlodipine and cephalosporin medicines can be applied to preparation of the medicine-resistant combined antibiotics, preparation ofbeta-lactam medicine-resistant bacterium inhibiting combined antibiotics and preparation of medicines for treating respiratory infection, wound infection and infection caused by all positive bacteria.

Description

[0001] a technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine and biology, and in particular relates to the application of amlodipine and cephalosporins in the preparation of anti-drug-resistant combination antibiotics. [0003] Two background technology [0004] With the abuse of antibiotics, multi-drug resistant bacteria have emerged all over the world, including MRSA and Acinetobacter baumannii. Such bacteria are mostly found in places where antibiotics are abused, such as hospitals. Because multi-drug resistant bacteria are resistant to drugs, the lethal rate is high; on the other hand, bacteria adapt to new antibiotics faster than antibiotics are developed. The treatment of positive drug-resistant bacteria can rely on new β-lactam antibiotics; however, in the short term, drug-resistant bacteria will adapt to new antibiotics again, and the development cost of new antibiotics is high and the development cycle is long. [0005] In addition to ne...
