The natural deep-eutectic solvent is synthesized by a method with the following steps of mixing a hydrogen bond donor compound and a hydrogen bond receptor compound according to a molar ratio of 1.0:(0.5 to 2.0), and heating to react until a transparent liquid solvent is formed, wherein the hydrogen bonddonor compound is selected from one or more than one of glycerin, citric acid, urea, malic acid or xylitol, and the hydrogen bond receptor compound is selected from one or more than one of choline chloride, glycine betaine or L-proline. The invention also discloses a compounded preservative, and the compounded preservative is prepared from 10 to 50% of natural deep-eutectic solvent and 2.5 to 5.3% of folium mori extract.
