A locating block protrusion is formed on the locating plate.The shape of the outer edge of the locating block protrusion is the same as that of the inner edge of a workpiece. A drive mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate and located in the barrel. A pressplate is arranged on the upper side of the locating plate. At least two penetrating holes penetrating up and down are formed in the press plate. A fixed column is arranged in each penetrating hole ina cooperation manner. The lower ends of the fixed columns downwards penetrate the locating plate so as to extend into the barrel, and the lower ends of the fixed columns and a lifting plate are fixed.The lifting plate is fixed to the output end of the drive mechanism.
