The configuration method comprises the steps of receiving uplink data sent by user terminals in a located service cell; estimating power spectral densities corresponding to the user terminals and power spectral densities corresponding to noises according to the uplink data under a time selective fading model; calculating a first phase shift coefficient corresponding to the user terminals according to the power spectral densities corresponding to the user terminals and the power spectral densities corresponding to the noises; performing time domain phase shift on a reference pilot frequency sequence of the user terminals by adopting the first phase shift coefficient, and configuring an uplinkpilot frequency sequence corresponding to the user terminals, wherein a proportion of the configured power spectral densities corresponding to the user terminals and power spectral density overlappedareas corresponding to other user terminals in the service cell on a frequency domain in the power spectral densities corresponding to the user terminals is not greater than a first preset value.
