The defrosting control method comprises the following steps that 1, the dew point temperature is calculated through the outdoor temperature and the outdoor humidity; 2, the air source heat pump unit enters into first defrosting; 3, the air source heat pump unit enters into automatic defrosting; and 4, the air source heat pump unit exits defrosting.
