Abstract

The invention discloses a safety circuit box, a POS machine and a method for manufacturing the safety circuit box. The safety circuit box comprises a housing. The housing comprises a bottom plate. Thebottom plate is internally provided with a trigger circuit board. The trigger circuit board and the bottom plate are integrated. The trigger circuit board is connected with an alarm device. Once thebottom plate is damaged, the trigger circuit board is disconnected, and the alarm device gives an alarm. A POS machine card slot cover is provided with the bottom board, thereby preventing lawbreakersfrom demolishing the bottom plate and obtaining the PCB main board. The method for manufacturing the safety circuit box comprises the following steps: preparing a die for molding the bottom plate; preparing the trigger circuit board through a PET printed circuit; placing an IMD film and the trigger circuit board in the die, the IMD film being in the first layer and the printing layer trigger circuit board being placed in the second layer; and injecting resin to the printing layer and extruding the die, and carrying out resin curing, the bottom plate and the trigger circuit board being integrated, thereby reducing installation space and enabling the trigger circuit board and the bottom plate not to be separated easily.
