The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a collection starting point marked by collection personnel in a starting collection layer of the to-be-collected multilayer building and geographical coordinates of the collection starting point; with the collection starting point as an original point of a Tango reference coordinate system, obtaining a deviation value of a geographical direction and a north direction identified by a 0-degree direction of the Tango reference coordinate system; and collecting three-dimensional coordinates of collection points in indoor floors of the multilayer building according to the obtained deviation value, the geographical coordinates of the collection starting point and an air pressure value collected by an air pressure sensor. By adoption of the technical scheme of the invention, the indoor position data of the multilayer building are collected based on the Tango technology, so that the collection error of the indoor position data can be reduced and the collection accuracy of the indoor position data is improved, accordingly the indoor positioning accuracy can be improved based on the collected indoor position data.
