The method comprises the steps of performing soaking: totally putting 500g of strains in a vessel, pouring 500g of water in the vessel, and performing soaking; performing thorough cleaning: gently kneading and washing the soaked strains, and cleaning and separating residues in the strains; performing screening: screening out small food materials from500g of the strains, so that the uniformity of the size of the food materials is guaranteed; performing filtration: fishing out the separated residues obtained through cleaning, and discarding the fished-out residues; performing water treatment: wholly putting 7g of the edible salt into the vessel, and mixing the edible salt with 700g of the water; performing draining: taking out the soaked strains, clearing a sieve, and enabling water to be drained; and performing sealing: sealing the drained strains, putting the sealed strains in packaging bags, and performing storage.
