Abstract

The adsorption environmentally-friendly waterborne polyurethane pad is prepared by spraying a waterborne polyurethane coating onto anti-pilling polar fleece and by foaming the anti-pilling polar fleece by adopting a bamboo vinegar solution, wherein the waterborne polyurethane coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-60% of a waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 10-40% of packing, 2.0-40% of an adsorption material, 0-30% of calcium carbonate and 0.1-2.0% of processing aids. As the pad is foamed by adopting the bamboo vinegar solution, the prepared waterborne polyurethane pad has properties of mold resistance, bacterium resistance and oxidation resistance, is capable of removing harmful substances such as methanol and formaldehyde and is endowed with novel effects.
