Abstract

The invention discloses a hydroxyapatite-polylactic acid biological double-sided magical film, which is a double-sided film with one side being hydroxyapatite and the other side being polylactic acidwith a thickness of 0.01[mu]m-2mm; the film is prepared by combining hydroxyapatite with various nano-structures synthesized by a hydrothermal method with polylactic acid at normal temperature and pressure, and using an infiltration and evaporation film self-forming method. The invention also discloses application of the biological double-sided magical film in a tooth bone tissue repair or regeneration process. The biological double-sided magical film provided by the invention is an ideal, safe and excellent biological composite material which has different properties for cells on two surfaces, can promote bone repair while on one surface and prevent postoperative adhesion on the other surface, has simple preparation method and low cost, can be produced on a large scale and has a wide application prospect.
