The system comprises a public health platform and a data receiving service system, wherein the public healthplatform comprises an interface layer, a subscription management component, a notification component and an operation and maintenance center; a service data interface and a subscription interface arearranged on the interface layer; the subscription management component comprises a subscription rule management component, a subscription rule matching component and a subscription rule table; the notification component comprises a notification module; a database, an operation and maintenance center console and a subscription rule processing module are arranged in the operation and maintenance center; the service data interface and the subscription interface are connected with a data uploading service system of an external service system; and the data receiving service system is connected with the notification component. The invention furthermore provides the medical and health data sharing method. Through the medical and health data sharing system and method, repeated development work ina data sharing function is reduced; real-time data sharing is realized; a general platform data sharing mode is established; individualization is realized in real time, field acceptance and abandonment are performed on needed data, and only the needed data is shared to institutions needing the data.
