The touch panel includes: a transparent film layer, a light emitting layer and a photosensitive layer. The transparent film layer includes an opposite first surface and a second surface, the first surface and the second surface have a first thickness in a static state between the first surface and the second surface, and there is a first thickness in a pressed state between the first surface and the second surface. Two thicknesses, the second thickness is smaller than the first thickness; the light-emitting layer and the photosensitive layer are arranged on the second surface side of the transparent film layer. The light intensity sensed by the photosensitive layer changes accordingly, so that whether the transparent film layer is pressed can be judged by recognizing the photosensitive intensity of the photosensitive layer.
