Abstract

The invention discloses a reconfigurable radio frequency (RF) spectrum spreading method based on programmable RF phase shifters, relating to the field of communication technology. The method comprisesthe following steps: decomposing an input RF signal into two identical signals by using a power divider, and then separately entering two programmable RF phase shifters, performing power synthesis for signals output by the RF phase shifters through a power combiner, and finally outputting RF signals; and enabling a controller to map a target spread spectrum sequence to a corresponding phase signal, separately performing continuous control for the two RF phase shifters according to change characteristics of the phase signal, and finally implementing RF spectrum spreading on a synthesized signal.
