The main objective of the invention is to solve a problem of failure to carry outrisk identification on dispersed transaction data in batch for a risk control system for carrying out risk prevention and control on single transaction data so as to rapidly and accurately identify risk in the transaction data in batch. The method comprises steps of classifying transaction data in batch in a predetermined time section according to a first attribute; for each type of the transaction data in batch, generating a corresponding graph index of a graph used for identifying risk in the transaction data in batch according to a second attribute; and inputting graph indexes corresponding to different types of transaction data in batch into corresponding risk identification models and obtaining whether there is risk in the transaction data in batch corresponding to input graph indexes according to model output results.
