The method includes the steps of establishing the relational objective function of the total gas production capacity of a gas collecting pipe network and the output of each gas well; according to the data of a ground pipe network, establishing the flow model of the ground pipe network; according to the dataof a gas well structure, establishing a cylinder flow model; according to stratigraphic restraint conditions, establishing a capacity constraint model and a bottom hole flow pressure constraint modelrespectively; taking the ground pipe network flow model, the cylinder flow model, the capacity constraint model and the bottom hole flow pressure constraint model as constraint conditions to bring into the relational objective function, and according to the parameters of each gas well, calculating to obtain the output of each gas well.
