The method comprises the steps of dividing a power grid into a plurality of areas, wherein each area is a power distribution line with a preset voltage grade; determining the load rate of the area according to current over the power distribution line; determining an electricity price coefficient of the area according to the load rate of the area, wherein the electricity price coefficient is proportional to the load rate of the area; and determining an actual electricity price of the user according to the electricity price coefficient of the area.
