Abstract

According to the traditional Chinese medicine screening method, regarding quaternary connection numbers, only the variation trend of medicine curative effects under a current treatment measure is calculated and directly reflected, and regarding first-order full partial connection numbers which have higher clinical significance, according to the sequence of the first-order full partial connection number, values of I and j are gotten in the range that i belongs to [0.5,1] and j belongs to [-0.5,0], so that the first-order full partial connection numbers are not all smaller than 0 (in accordance with clinical practice). The traditional Chinese medicine screening system comprises a characteristic function establishment module, a calculation module and a correction module, and the characteristic function establishment module is used for establishing curative effect quaternary connection numbers of different symptoms; the calculation module is used for calculating the first-order full partial connection numbers; the correction module is used for further adjusting the gotten values of I and j in the range that i belongs to [0.5,1] and j belongs to [-0.5,0], so that the first-order full partial connection numbers are not all smaller than 0. The traditional Chinese medicine screening method and system based on the partial connection number method are conductive to more scientifically and reasonably evaluating traditional Chinese medicine symptomatic curative effects and are used for conducting quantitative study of the relation of the modification according to symptoms and the curative effects.
