The traditional Chinese medicine screening system comprises a characteristic function establishment module, a calculation module and a correction module, and the characteristic function establishment module is used for establishing curative effect quaternary connection numbers of different symptoms; the calculation module is used for calculating the first-order full partial connection numbers; the correction module is used for further adjusting the gotten values of I and j in the range that i belongs to [0.5,1] and j belongs to [-0.5,0], so that the first-order full partial connection numbers are not all smaller than 0.
