The method comprises the steps: determining an early-warning system index factor according to a pressure-state-response model; obtaining a prediction value of a pressure index factor through a gray sequence prediction model; obtaining a land utilization simulated diagram of a particular year through a Clue-S model, combing with software FRAGSTATS, and determining a prediction value of a state index factor and a prediction value of a response index factor; employing an analytic hierarchy process to construct a judgment matrix, and determining the weight of each index factor of en early-warning system; determining an ecological safety index of each index factor of the early-warning system through a logistic growth curve model; and determining an ecological safety value of the wetland through a comprehensive evaluation method. The method can achieve the quantification of the early-warning level of the ecological safety of a corresponding region in future through a wetland ecological safety early-warning standard, and can the effective protection measures for the ecological environment of a regional wetland are proposed according to a specific prediction result.
