The method comprises the following steps of reading out related data of a copper plate from a database, and processing the data by using an integration algorithm; and processing the data processed by using the integration algorithm through using a quick sorting algorithm, and finishing packaging of each package, each order and each batch of copper plates according to the processed data by a robot. According to the method, the data is sorted and packaged for the integration algorithm, the quick sorting algorithm and a mixed packaging algorithm; the operation on a data domain is mainly processing for a data boundary; the data is prevented from being repeatedly used and unused; the data is transmitted to the robot in a specified format so as to realize an automatic packaging function; and therefore, the working efficiency of packaging is improved.
