The blocking device, the transmission device, the mini stepping motor, the connecting block and the automatic sealing device are arranged on the valve body, the valve body is a crossed through shell, an insulating layer is arranged inside the valve body, and a water outlet is arranged on the insulating layer; the blocking device is composed of an upper blocking piece and a lower blocking piece, the transmission device comprises a transmission shaft, a big gear and a small gear, the small gear is mounted on the mini stepping motor, the big gear is mounted on the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is put in the valve body and connected with the blocking device, and the upper and lower ends of the valve body are in threaded connection and fixation with the connecting block; the automatic sealing device is connected on the connecting block at the upper end of the valve body, the mini stepping motor is fixed on a motor frame on a spindle end cap, and a sensor is fixed on the side face of the spindle end cap.
