Problems solved by technology

[0005] Most of today's medical images are transmitted in DICOM format. DICOM format images have a lot of information and take up a lot of space. Usually, the size of a DICOM image is about 10M, and the transmission is slow, which affects the user experience.

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that those skilled in the art can implement it with reference to the description.

[0037] It should be understood that terms such as "having", "comprising" and "including" as used herein do not entail the presence or addition of one or more other elements or combinations thereof.

[0038] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention provides a large image transmission optimization display method, including the following steps:

[0039] The first server extracts the image of the region of interest from the DICOM image collected in real time, and transmits the image of the region of interest as the first priority image to the second server, and displays it synchronously on the terminal;

[0040] The first server compresses the DICOM image and transmits it as a second priority image to the second server, and the second server replaces the ROI image with t...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optimized display method for large image transmission. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a region of interest image by a first server from acquired DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) images and then preferentially transmitting the region of interest image to a second server and displaying the region of interest image on a terminal; compressing the DICOM images by the first server and then transmitting the DICOM images as second priority images to the server, replacing the region of interest image by the compressed DICOM images and displaying the DICOM images on the terminal; and transmitting the DICOM images to the second server by the first server in a lossless way, and storing and selectively replacing the second priority images by the second server and displaying the second priority images on the terminal. With the manner capable of performing region of interest image transmission and gray-scale compression image transmission on the DICOM images as well as performing progressive transmission and replacement for lossless transmission of the DICOM images, the method disclosed by the invention can quickly enable users to see the transmitted images, display the whole image gradually, and display the region of interest preferentially and clearly, so that the waiting time is shortened and user experience is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical imaging, in particular to a large image transmission optimization display method. Background technique [0002] DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is an international standard (ISO 12052) for medical images and related information. It defines a medical image format that can be used for data exchange with a quality that meets clinical needs. [0003] DICOM is widely used in medical radiology, cardiovascular imaging, and radiological diagnostic equipment (X-ray, CT, nuclear magnetic resonance, ultrasound, etc.), and has been increasingly used in other medical fields such as ophthalmology and dentistry. With tens of thousands of medical imaging devices in use, DICOM is one of the most widely deployed medical information standards. At present, there are about tens of billions of medical images conforming to the DICOM standard for clinical use. [0004] DICOM can be divided into ...
