The method for cultivating traditional Chinese medicines by using vinasse organic fertilizer and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi provided by the invention comprises the following steps of a, fermenting vinasse to acquired the vinasse organic fertilizer; b, sowing traditional Chinese medicine seeds and fungi including the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, after seedlings emerge for 3-6 months, selecting the seedlings with a mycorrhiza infection rate of more than 60% as mycorrhization seedlings; and c, using the vinasse organic fertilizer as basic fertilizer to be applied into fields, and transplanting the mycorrhization seedlings.
