Abstract

The invention discloses an electrical stimulation model for superior sagittal sinus of a rat and an establishment method. The electrical stimulation model comprises a rat skull and an electrode stimulation assembly, wherein stimulation holes are formed in front of and behind an intersection between the midline of the rat skull and a coronal suture; the electrode stimulation assembly comprises a front electrode, a back electrode, two wires and one electrode connecting port; the front electrode is connected with the electrode connecting port through one wire, and the back electrode is connected with the electrode connecting port through the other wire; the front electrode is implanted in the stimulation hole in front of the intersection; the back electrode is implanted in the stimulation hole behind the intersection. With adoption of the electrical stimulation model for the superior sagittal sinus of the rat and the establishment method, one specific and effective electrical stimulation model is established, and reliable model basis is provided for stimulation tests on skull dura mater of the rat.
