Embodiment Construction

[0032] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0033] A rat model preparation method of severe intracranial venous and venous sinus thrombosis, such as figure 1 As shown, rats were anesthetized and the superior sagittal sinus was exposed and ligated to stasis the sinus.

[0034] Among them, ligation causes blood stasis in the sinuses, including:

Abstract

The invention relates to preparation of a model for intracranial vein and venous sinus thrombosis, in particular to a preparation method of a rat model for severe intracranial vein and venous sinus thrombosis. The method comprises the following steps of: anesthetizing a rat, exposing superior sagittal sinus, ligating to enable blood in the sinus to be stagnated, slowly injecting thrombus strips prepared in vitro into the superior sagittal sinus, so that the whole upper sagittal sinus is filled with the thrombus, temporarily blocking blood flow of the bilateral internal carotid artery through a vascular clamp, slowly injecting thrombin injected into the venous sinus, so that the thrombin enters the upper sagittal sinus and the cortical vein, and observing that blood in the upper sagittal sinus and the cortical vein is coagulated and dark thrombus is formed. According to the technical scheme, the defects that in the prior art, thrombosis in cortical veins cannot be effectively induced, and the pathogenesis process of a clinical severe CVST patient cannot be well simulated can be effectively overcome.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of a model of intracranial vein and venous sinus thrombosis, in particular to a method for preparing a rat model of severe intracranial venous and venous sinus thrombosis. Background technique [0002] Intracranial venous and sinus thrombosis (cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis, CVST) is a special type of cerebrovascular disease characterized by obstruction of cerebral venous return and cerebrospinal fluid absorption caused by various etiologies. It occurs in 0.5%-1% of all age groups, and it is more likely to occur in young women aged 20-35, with a male to female incidence ratio of 1.5:5. [0003] The clinical symptoms of CVST are diverse, often manifested as headache, papilledema, epilepsy, and disturbance of consciousness. If the diagnosis and effective treatment cannot be confirmed in time, especially in patients with severe CVST, the morbidity and mortality rates are often high. At present, the exact ph...
