A first blind hole is formed in the first lug. An electromagnet device is arranged on the bottom of the first blind hole. A second blind hole opposite to the first blind hole is formed in the second lug. A columnar iron piece is arranged inside the second blind hole. The columnar iron piece is connected with the second blind hole through a spring. The electromagnet device attracts the columnar iron piece after being electrified, and the columnar iron piece is inserted between the first blind hole and the second blind hole. A mainboard is arranged inside the base, and the mainboard comprises a power module, a control module, a safe temperature setting module and a temperature detection module. When the temperature of hot water in the cup is higher than a preset upper limit value, the electromagnet stays electrified, the cup lid can not be removed, and therefore the problem that children are likely to be scalded when using the cup is solved.
