The method comprises the steps that when the air conditioner carries out heating operation, the indoor temperature is acquired; if the indoor temperature is not larger than a first indoor temperature threshold value, fuzzy control is executed; according to the temperature difference between the indoor temperature and the set indoor target temperature, indoor temperature PID operation is carried out, and a first target frequency is acquired; the coil pipe temperature of an indoor heat exchanger is acquired, and if the coil pipe temperature is larger than a coil pipe target temperature, the first target frequency is determined as an indoor unit frequency; or otherwise, the current operation frequency of a compressor is increased to acquire a second target frequency, the larger value in the first target frequency and the second target frequency is selected as an indoor unit frequency; according to the indoor unit frequency, the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled; and while double PID control is executed, electric heating is controlled according to the coil pipe temperature.
