Abstract

Demulsifiers are added into the high-emulsified-oil-content sewage; 1.0 to 5.0mg of the demulsifiers are added into per liter of the high-emulsified-oil-content sewage; then, the high-emulsified-oil-content sewage is input into a pipeline mixer to be sufficiently mixed; next, a high-speed dispersion pump is used for performing high-speed dispersion treatment on the high-emulsified-oil-content sewage; the treated liquid is input into an oil-water separator; after the reaction, the floating oil is regularly discharged or is discharged through an oil collecting opening after being monitored by an oil water interface detection instrument; the purified water is discharged through a water outlet opening. Therefore, the high-emulsified-oil-content sewage is purified. The invention also provides a device for realizing the purification method.
