Abstract

The puncture needle structure comprises an outer puncture needle, an inner puncture needle, a pushing mechanism and a steering mechanism, wherein the inner puncture needle is sleeved by the outer puncture needle, the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing rod, the front end of the pushing rod is fixedly connected with the inner puncture needle, and the pushing rod is sleeved by the outer puncture needle; the steering mechanism comprises a guide sleeve, magnetostriction plates and electrifying leads, the outer puncture needle is sleeved by the guide sleeve, the magnetostriction plates are embedded in the guide sleeve and symmetrically arranged, the electrifying leads are positioned on the magnetostriction steering guide sleeve, the electrifying leads are connected with the magnetostriction plates, and the displacement difference generated by different voltages provided to the magnetostriction plates by the electrifying leads controls the deflection angle of the inner puncture needle. According to the puncture needle structure with the adjustable magnetostriction direction, through deflection angle control, the inner puncture needle is guided to smoothly pass through the important blood vessel and peripheral normal tissue, the structure is simple, the control is flexible, the guide accuracy is high, and the deficiency in radial orientation steering of the existing puncture needle and auxiliary positioning structures of the existing puncture needle during the probing process is overcome.
